Steps and Sleep for the AI you choose

Let your AI use your steps and sleep.

FitKiku privately brings recent read-only Steps and Sleep to ChatGPT or another AI that can open links. No daily retyping. Revoke access anytime.

Release 1.0 requires a compatible agent that can create and use a FitKiku Pair Link. A simpler private-HTTPS handoff is being prepared for 1.1; it is not in the current App Store binary.

Product model

The iPhone companion stays free.

The free iPhone companion is available through the configured non-EU App Store storefronts. FitKiku is preparing an optional hosted gateway for people who want managed delivery to their agent; that service is not for sale, and FitKiku is not accepting payments during validation.

Free

Read local Steps and Sleep, approve a compatible agent's Pair Link, see freshness, revoke access, and delete an anonymous FitKiku account and its synced data. The app contains no purchase flow.

Hosted gateway

Included during validation

Bounded link access, freshness checks, and revocation without asking people to operate a server. Future pricing will be tested only after reliable repeated use; no paid plan is offered now.

Your data bridge, not another AI coach.

FitKiku handles the private connection, freshness, gaps, and revocation. The AI conversation stays in the service you choose; FitKiku does not pretend to know everything about you or provide its own coach.

The 1.1 source candidate moves the ordinary ChatGPT handoff into the app with one prepared private URL. It remains unreleased until production routing, physical acceptance, archive, and Apple review pass.

  1. 01

    Start in a compatible agent

Copy FitKiku's setup prompt into an agent that implements the FitKiku protocol. It returns a one-time Pair Link or says clearly that it cannot connect.

  2. 02

    Approve on your iPhone

Open the Pair Link, review the named destination and read-only Steps and Sleep scope, then approve. Opening the link alone transfers no Health data.

  3. 03

    Allow Steps and Sleep

Grant Apple Health read access separately. The compatible agent can then fetch bounded summaries with visible freshness and gaps; you can revoke access later.

FitKiku on iPhone showing agent connection and read-only Apple Health permission steps

Plain language before permission.

Release 1.0 shows the claimed agent, destination, and read-only scope before Pair Link approval, then requests Apple Health access as a separate step. The simpler app-created link remains a 1.1 source candidate.

  • Missing or partial data stays visible instead of becoming a false zero.
  • Sleep interval timestamps stay on the iPhone in the current data contract.
  • Disconnecting revokes future delivery and agent reads; anonymous account deletion removes synced FitKiku data without changing Apple Health.

Built in public, with the uncertain parts named.

The iOS client source is public, and the iPhone companion is distributed through the App Store. Physical HealthKit reads and server confirmation have been demonstrated. Reliable unattended background delivery and compatibility across different AI chat runtimes remain validation gates, not marketing claims.

Current release status

FitKiku 1.0 is available free in the configured non-EU App Store storefronts. EU-27 storefronts are not enabled.

Release 1.0 requires a compatible agent that can create and use a FitKiku Pair Link. A simpler private-HTTPS handoff is being prepared for 1.1; it is not in the current App Store binary.

Quick answers

Before you approve a FitKiku connection.

How do I let my AI use my Steps and Sleep?

In release 1.0, copy FitKiku's setup prompt into a compatible agent. Open the Pair Link it returns on your iPhone, approve the destination and scope, then allow Steps and Sleep. The simpler in-app ChatGPT handoff is a 1.1 source candidate, not a released feature.

Does FitKiku work with ChatGPT, OpenClaw, or every AI agent?

Release 1.0 works only with an agent that implements the FitKiku pairing protocol and can keep its credential private. It does not work with every ChatGPT mode or agent runtime. A simpler HTTPS-link path is being prepared for 1.1 but is not released.

What Apple Health data does FitKiku share?

Only approved daily Steps and Sleep aggregates, plus coverage, freshness, local-date, and missing-data status. Release 1.0 groups daily summaries by Europe/Kyiv; locale-dynamic grouping is not part of this release. FitKiku never writes to Apple Health.

Is FitKiku free?

The iPhone companion is free and available in the configured non-EU App Store storefronts. It contains no purchase flow. The optional hosted gateway is not for sale.
