Refund Policy

The public site does not offer a subscription or account billing flow right now. When a paid product flow is enabled, the checkout page will show the payment processor and refund terms before payment.

Consumer Right to Cancel

If you are a Consumer, you may have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days from the day after the transaction is completed.

To cancel and request a refund, contact the payment processor shown at checkout or email support@kikuai.dev.

Effect of Cancellation

If you cancel as permitted, the payment processor will reimburse eligible payments using the same payment method where possible and without extra refund fees from KikuAI.

Digital Content Exception

If the product is digital content that is immediately made available, you may lose your right of withdrawal once the download, streaming, transmission or acquisition of the digital content has begun, or where you have had the benefit of the product.

Other Refunds

Refunds may be provided on a case-by-case basis and may be refused in cases of fraud, refund abuse, or manipulative behavior. This does not affect your statutory rights if the product is not as described, faulty, or not fit for purpose.
