FITKIKU / SUPPORT
Clear help without sharing private health data.
Troubleshoot connection, Apple Health access, delivery status, revocation, or deletion. Start with the screen state—not a screenshot of your health values.
Current availability
FitKiku 1.0 is available free in the configured non-EU App Store storefronts. EU-27 storefronts are not enabled. The compatible anonymous connection path is limited; this release is not a general hosted-service launch or a universal-agent compatibility claim.
Requires iOS 17+
The current companion is a native iPhone app.
Reads Steps and Sleep
Nothing is written to Apple Health.
No secret diagnostics
Support does not need Pair Links, tokens, or credentials.
Start here
- 01
Read the exact state shown in FitKiku
Examples include “Private link ready,” “Queued on this iPhone,” “Delivery status unavailable,” “Needs attention,” or “No Apple Health summary is available yet.”
- 02
Try one safe recovery action
Open FitKiku and choose Check and sync now. If setup is not complete in release 1.0, use Copy setup prompt and paste it into a compatible agent. Open only the Pair Link that agent returns; never invent or edit one yourself.
- 03
Email only non-sensitive context
Include the app version, iOS version, exact state text, and what you expected. Do not include Steps, sleep duration, Health source names, Pair Links, tokens, server credentials, or raw logs.
Common issues
Steps or Sleep shows Unknown
Review FitKiku access in Apple Health or iOS privacy settings. Apple does not tell apps whether read permission was denied, so unavailable and denied data can look the same. FitKiku keeps that state Unknown instead of showing zero.
Delivery is stale, queued, or needs attention
Open FitKiku while the iPhone is unlocked and online, then choose “Check and sync now.” Background delivery is best effort, and delayed Apple Watch data can arrive later. A successful foreground catch-up does not prove background delivery.
ChatGPT says it cannot connect or cannot open the link
In release 1.0, use “Copy setup prompt” and paste it into a compatible agent. If that runtime implements FitKiku, it returns a one-time Pair Link for the iPhone; otherwise it must say that it cannot connect. Never send a Pair Link, credential, Health value, or raw log to support or a public issue. The simpler private-URL handoff is being prepared for 1.1 and is not in the current binary.
Delivery status is unavailable
Confirm the iPhone is online, then refresh delivery details once. The status can be unavailable even when local Apple Health summaries remain visible. If it persists, send support the exact error text and time rounded to the nearest minute—never the server address or credentials.
You no longer trust the destination
Revoke the private AI link in FitKiku Settings first. That makes the URL inactive while the iPhone connection can continue syncing. Use “Disconnect and revoke access” to stop future device delivery and all agent reads. Revocation does not delete summaries already retained by an AI provider. Use “Delete FitKiku account and data” if you also want synced FitKiku server data removed.
Privacy and deletion
Delete an anonymous FitKiku account in Settings
Disconnecting revokes future access but does not erase summaries already stored at the approved destination. For an anonymous connection, open FitKiku Settings and choose “Delete FitKiku account and data.” Wait for server confirmation before removing the app. This deletes synced FitKiku data but does not change Apple Health. Contact support for process guidance or private-test deletion help; never include health values or credentials.

FitKiku is a fitness-data connection and accountability tool. It is not medical diagnosis, treatment, clearance, or emergency care. Do not delay professional or emergency help because of FitKiku data, status, or an agent response.
