Refund Policy
KikuAI uses Paddle as our Merchant of Record (MoR). All payments, refunds, and charge handling are processed by Paddle under Paddle's buyer terms.
Consumer Right to Cancel
If you are a Consumer, you may have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days from the day after the transaction is completed.
To cancel and request a refund, please contact Paddle via their buyer support portal.
Effect of Cancellation
If you cancel as permitted, Paddle will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after being informed of your decision. The reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment and you will not incur any fees as a result.
Digital Content Exception
If the product is digital content that is immediately made available, you may lose your right of withdrawal once the download, streaming, transmission or acquisition of the digital content has begun, or where you have had the benefit of the product.
Other Refunds
Refunds may be provided at Paddle's discretion on a case-by-case basis and may be refused in cases of fraud, refund abuse, or manipulative behavior. This does not affect your statutory rights if the product is not as described, faulty, or not fit for purpose.
